The director takes us on a trip to central France\, Burgundy and the Vosges Mountains\, telling an eye-opening story of tree deserts\, monoculture\, pesticides\, profitability\, and social injustice. These symbols of authentic and preserved nature are undergoing an unprecedented industrialization phase.
