After the death of her husband Patrice, a great composer, and their daughter Anna in a car accident, Julie begins a new life, anonymous and independent. Olivier, Patrice’s assistant, who is in love with her, tries to draw her out of her isolation by finishing the Concerto for Europe, a work left unfinished by the composer.
