Hélène (Mélanie Thierry) has a steady job, two healthy children, and a husband who loves her more than anything. She should be happy, but the numerous tasks and constant pressure from her work and private life leave her so stressed that she eventually suffers from burnout. So, it’s time for a change of scenery: Hélène moves back with her family to the small town where she grew up. She hopes that the quieter surroundings and the support of her parents will help her recover quickly.
